SPARK Series Programs
HRLF's SPARK Series is designed to ignite innovation and inspire leadership.
The SPARK Series consists of Speaker Presentations and Real-world Knowledge Sharing.
We begin with an expert presenting on the latest research and/or innovative HR initiatives and pair that with a robust breakout discussion with peers.
Attendance: HRLF members may attend all programs free of charge (no alternates or substitutions allowed). Nonmembers may attend breakfast programs for a fee. Nonmember registration requests must be submitted in advance; no on-site registrations can be accepted. Nonmember attendance is capped at eight (8) corporate nonmembers and two (2) service provider nonmembers per event, and registration priority is given to HRLF members and their nonmember guests. See our Event Policy for additional information on pricing and attendance.

Pop-up Meetings
Pop-up meetings are open to all HRLF members, are intimate, short-notice, virtual meetings on relevant topics that have popped up where our members benefit from a timely discussion. You can view scheduled pop-up meetings here.
Roundtable Meetings
Four roundtable groups meet on a regular basis: the Senior HR, Small Cap HR and Talent Management roundtables for our corporate members, and the Service Provider roundtable for our service provider members.
Attendance:
Corporate roundtable meetings are informal, facilitated conversations about best practices within member organizations held exclusively for HRLF Corporate and Honorary Corporate members. We have three corporate roundtables that meet quarterly: Senior HR, Lean HR & Small Cap, and Talent Management. HRLF Corporate members may attend one, or all of the corporate roundtables depending on their interests.
Service Provider roundtable meetings are informal and provide opportunities for best practice sharing and cross-networking for the purpose of business development held exclusively for HRLF Service Provider and Honorary Service Provider members.
