Today it is more important than ever to understand what is behind the numbers, to understand the issues people are facing and to take quick action to address them. Listening to employees can have a massive impact on business performance and workforce engagement, but it needs to be done right. A successful listening strategy in today’s complex and ever-changing business environment must scale to address the complexity of employee needs and issues.
