HRLF TM Roundtable Meeting (VIRTUAL)
April 24, 2024
Innovating Hiring for Future of Work Challenges
Facilitated panel discussion
There are many niche or technical roles, such as in nursing, technology, and skilled labor, where the demands for hiring do not meet the trained talent available in the workforce. In some industries, retirements are outpacing the movement of younger workers into these career fields. How are companies finding new ways of sourcing and/or developing talent and being innovative in leveraging the non-traditional workforce to address these challenges?
Panelists:
- Michael Dishman, Senior Directo, HR, Leadership, Education and Development (LEAD), Sanford Health
- Scott Katz, VP, Talent, Learning & Employee Experience, NCR Voyix
