Leading HR in the US can be complex enough. But what if your business has operations in multiple countries? Given the fast-changing geopolitical landscape and global complexities, this presents challenges for C-suite and influences HR strategies. In addition, CHROs and their teams must keep abreast of local laws, employment practices, culture considerations and the needs of their people. Join us for a discussion on global considerations, lessons learned and resources to support you.

- What are the best resources for understanding what is required when working with Works Councils and other local employment practice complexities?
- How have cultural considerations shaped planning, communication and outcomes?
