Much of our time is spent sharing ideas on how we (CHROs) can care for our businesses, now we’d like to take an hour to talk about the best ideas for taking care of ourselves.  Join the roundtable to share and learn actionable insights, practical strategies, and valuable resources to help you excel as CHROs.

Key questions for the session:

• Who and where do they go to for help? And, given the nature of issues you can’t just go to anyone to discuss. What are their trusted “go to” resources?
• How do they plan their strategy and execute? Is it by priority, region (geography), trend, budget?
• How do you structure your team in order to execute? What are the key considerations? How have you planned for your own succession?
• What are the 2-3 things that you rely on that have enabled your success that have stood the test of time?

Attendance: Roundtable meetings are informal, facilitated conversations about best practices within member organizations held exclusively for HRLF Corporate and Honorary Corporate members. We have three corporate roundtables that meet quarterly: Senior HR, Lean HR & Small Cap, and Talent Management.
