What’s on Your agenda? In the coming year we will all face challenges and opportunities that impact our businesses and our people. What are the hot topics of CEO/Boards that call upon the CHRO to address? How are the changes in the political landscape in multiple countries affecting policies, practices and the people experience? Join us for a conversation to discuss how you remain agile in the midst of significant change, while still driving business execution and providing clarity and inspiration to your people. We look forward to hearing your experiences, best practices and how we can support each other during tumultuous times.
Key questions for the session:
- What are the top influences (internally and externally) that have influenced your HR strategy? And/or how has the HR strategy affected other C-suite decisions in the midst of change?
- What are the processes or practices that have been put into place so that the organization can pivot successfully and quickly when change is required?
- What are the keys to success to keep the employee experience at the heart of decision making even when the organization is experiencing headwinds?
- What are the lessons learned and resources that were helpful to navigate significant change?
