Talent management is critical for every organization. From talent attraction to retention, employers are now in a race for top talent and must use agility to compete and win in the talent race. Companies can no longer afford to "wait and see" but must have and execute on a Talent plan that encompasses the current landscape and future growth. Employers must attract, develop, grow, and retain employees in order to maintain their relevance to the internal team and the external market. Companies now are expected to reflect the communities in which they serve and sell. In this session we will discuss the state of talent management and why an expanded strategy is needed for organizations to maintain competitiveness in their industry and markets.
