Small cap and lean organizations are faced limited resources which make it essential to develop leadership capacity. Join us to discuss how we upskill leaders to be ready to take on next step roles in the context of siloed organizations or organizations with limited internal opportunities. We will discuss how we can build experience and opportunities for internal employees to ensure that we retain top talent, build our leadership pipeline and drive continuous growth and development. Key topics of discussion will include:
- Developing future leaders through upskilling
- Implementing succession planning with limited resources
- Overcoming common challenges in lean environments such as limited budgets, bandwidth and development resources
