The Value of a Well-Framed Performance Management Process

As we work in a multi-generational work environment, it is essential for employers to understand and provide methods to set expectations, provide employees with space to perform, and provide frequent and relevant feedback to provide employees with an understanding of their value to the organization. In this session, we will explore the benefits of performance management and how performance management is explicitly linked to the workforce engagement. Performance management is both a quantitative and qualitative measure of the relationship between employer and employee.
